Try running a search for internet access in
Spain. You will find a link to Cybercafes and it list where and in what cities you can get access. Have a great trip .

you can't swing a dead cat in Madrid without hitting a cybercafe. Try Euronet - calle mayor 1 -4th floor. Very cheap

And there are lots of cats too.
