Ave trains with direction to/from Madrid-Sevilla & Madrid-Toledo have been STOPPED temporarily due to a crane falling on the tracks outside of Madrid. It seems two cranes, hoisting a cement portion of a bridge over the train tracks, have fallen over, covering the rails. It happened just after 1am this morning. You can watch live helicopter video coverage on TeleMadrid SAT online via the the Spain Radio, TV, Music, & Movies page - but you may have to watch awhile before they return to LIVE coverage. I just told my dad about it and he replied .....and I quote "REMEMBER THIS IS SPAIN NOT CHICAGO IT WILL BE FIXED IN 1 TO 2 DAYS UNLIKE CHICAGO WHICH WOULD BE 1 TO 2 YEARS" Sorry about the caps but that is how he types.
