Puna, I know what you mean, at least on these boards it seems Iberia does not have many fans.. thats why when things when bad I really braced for the absolute worse! They handled it far better though than I ever expected. I have flown Iberia for the last 3 years and have never had a problem.... and after this flight, I will without a doubt continue to fly with them.... they have direct service to chicago, usually the lower of the prices, and its like you are in Spain from the second you step on the plane... can't beat that! :-) As for the food, it normally isnt too bad, tea, and all the bread you want, can't ask for much more! Kelly
