I have to get from Madrid Barajas airport to the Autores bus station and I'm planning to take the metro. Where is the aiport metro station? Is it in the airport itself?

And I think you refer to Auto-Res bus station. Just take the line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios at the airport and when you reach Nuevos Ministerios Station change to line 6 (circle line)until Conde de Casal.
