I'll be going to Madrid in a couple of weeks. I noticed on the Aerocity web site that they ask for a Credit card number to make a reservation. Is it required to make a reservation? Do they use it? What happens if I omit the credit card info? Do they accept the reservation?
I prefer to pay there.

Hi Myer! Hopefully Aerocity themselves will jump in here to give details, but I believe they require a credit card to secure your reservation just as a hotel would do. Plus, I suppose you could always send them an email directly with your questions. Good luck and enjoy the service as so many others have done (including me!).

MadridMan is correct in saying that we require credit card information as a guarantee of any reservation. However, payment of our shuttle service must be in cash direct to driver.
Our reservation form is hosted in a secure server so you should not worry about sending it via the Internet.
This card will not be charged unless you do not show up at the airport on the day and time of reservation without any notice.
However, if you do not feel comfortable about sending credit card information in the Net, you can always call us toll-free from the airport (900 713 583)upon your arrival to Madrid, and we will pick you up as soon as possible.
