Im gonna be taking the metro in madrid every day for four months to get to school and trains on the weekend to get to other cities. How much can I expect these to cost? Thanks for any help.

There is the bonometro, equivalent to 10 single tickets, for 745 pesetas (and which also can be used in the metropolitan bus lines).

Finally, if you are going to stay long, you may want to acquire a Abono Transportes, unlimited metro and bus usage for 5.000-6.000 pesetas a month. Keep in mind that you will have to wait 15 days at least to get an Abono transportes, so if you are going to stay just a month the best choice is the Bonometro.
