Has anyone taken courses at Complutense as a foreign student? I am enrolled to take a course there in July (but will be in Madrid a month early) and am starting to get very nervous about being in a class with mostly native-Spanish speakers. Can anyone offer any advice? Should I try to speak to the professor early on? Thanks for any suggestions.

I studied at the UCM (1998-2003) and I made really good friends from different places .I don't think you'll meet many native-spanish speakers in class, though. The academic course ends in May and the final exams take place in June and July.

Congrats...I just wanna say I love how everyone gives this girl support (including me!!) but not me when someone mentioned this University to me. You all said it was too hard to get into, its almost impossible being American...well is madridgirl from USA? YUP! and she gotin..
