Does anyone know of any online graduate degree programs available online from universities in Spain(or anywhere else)?

My wife, who is Galician and already has a B.A. in French/minor in Spanish from Eastern Michigan University, is interested in doing something like that. We live in a relatively remote part of Northern California where the nearest offerings are slim.

Any help would be appreciated?

I know that in Barcelona there is the UOC (Open University of Cataluña). I don´t know what they offer at the graduate level, but you can check it out at www.uoc.edu.
