ok i know that aparcamiento means parking and i know that cubierto means covered but what do they mean together? thanks

You're right. "Cubierto" means 'covered' and "Aparcamiento" means 'parking'. Put 'em together and what've you got? Fiddle-dee Faddle-dee Foo. (or something like that).

Acutally, it means "covered parking" or "parking garage", probably multilevel or underground. It means it's not a parking lot open to the elements.
