Hey-

I am studying a 4 year licenciatura in la Universidad de Navarra. I was wondering if there exists any organization either in Spain or in the USA who gives scholarships that could help me. The university won´t give me any because I´m not spanish or in Opus and as far as I know the US government won´t either. Has anyone been in this boat before? There are quite a few scholarships available to people who wish to study a semester or two but I havn´t found anything for people who are studying the whole kit and kaboodle. Thanks to anyone who has anything to say about this topic
