What is the best bank to have an account in euros for Americans who live in the U.S. but travel to Spain frequently.

Important issues include:

1. Ability to conduct some business online from the U.S.
2. Low Fees
3. Possible branches in other European Countries
4. Simplified application and paperwork from knowledgable personnel
5. Ease of withdrawing funds from ATM's with minimal fees

I would have to say Citibank. They are in every major city in spain. I was there for 11 months and I never had a problem taking out money from my account in new york. This bank is all over the world.
