Had lunch today at El Madrono, Plaza de Peurto Cerrado no 7
Arrived at 1pm choose the menu del dia.
Tortilla tapas
Vegetables with a bechemal cheese sauce to start. Turbot for the main. Flan for dessert. 2 "chocolate wafer" glasses of a rather nice schnapps(?) type to drink to finish.
The cost just 8.50 euros each.
All nicely presented and beautifully cooked.
When we left at 3pm people were queuing for a table (inside was packed as well). All appeared to be locals eating there.
