Where we can see bullfight in Madrid andf how much cost the ticket ?

You'll find the Plaza de Toros Monumental (the place where they have the bullfights) on the east side of the old city center on Calle de Alcalá, on the VENTAS metro stop.

The prices range GREATLY and there are literally more than 200 different prices depending on the seat location: high, low, sun, shade, sun & shade, etcetera. Go to the Las Ventas website or you can view their price schedule HERE .

They also dedicated a new Vista Alegre Plaza de Toros when I was there in April - not to be confused with the old Vista Alegre. This one is all new. Would you believe - one of the featured Toreros at the inauguration was a grandfather named Curro Romero whom I remembered from the 60's. Vista Alegre is in the Carabanchal (southwest) section of Madrid. I think there's also a Metro stop at the Plaza.

I think the new Vista Alegre has a 'dome,' like one further down the road at Leganes. That's all the rage now. And they will probably have bullfights Sunday afternoons.

Bullfightings usually take place on Sunday afternoon. According to Las Ventas website there is one on September 10th.
