This CNN article on Ferrán Adriá is interesting. I think I would like to go to his new place in Barcelona that he is opening with his brother. 5-6 euros for tapas sounds more like my speed than any meal at El Bulli.

yep its the new thing, fusion and light meals all over Europe. 6 out of 10 top restaurants by London Restaurant magazine are using the system to get more people in. Its a trend now, lets see what it does.
