what is the age you have to be to buy alcohol, ciggis and get into bars etc????

Unfortunately, you can buy alcohol, enter pubs and discos and buy cigarettes with 14-16 years-old (in practice). Legally you should be over 16 years-old to enter pubs and discos and buy tobacco and 18 years-old to buy alcoholic drinks.
