I have heard that there are hash bars in Madrid. What makes these places hash bars and where can you find them? To my knowledge, hash has been decriminalized in Spain, but is not legal to possess in large quantities.

You may want to do a SEARCH on this board because I remember someone asking the same a while back. I'll tell you (and all) the same as I did back then, while I realize the consumption of hash does not seem to be illegal in Spain, it is illegal to sell/buy. Having said this, I can't allow such discussion on the message board.
