I want to plan an "amazing race" type event for one evening during our visit to Madrid.

Can anyone tell me how to contact:

I plan to send my guests from their hotel at 20:00 with instructions to find the Taperia, where they will cook their own food. Then I will send them to a Tablao (any suggestions?) and then on to the Disco.
