It seems expensive to me. Transportation is cheap and none of the museums are very expensive. Maps and guides are free at Tourist Information and Corte Inglés. It gives you free admission to 40 museums, but how many museums will you really visit in a day? I would not buy it.

I agree,seems like a good deal,but i reckon you wont save much if anything at all..

I'd have to agree with the above. I also saw that the "free city tours" you get meet at the Plaza Mayor tourist office so I'm guessing these are the FREE tours the city offers to everyone regardless if you have a Madrid card or not.

The concept is great but think they could have done more.
