Not sure if this is the correct place to post...........Im going to Spain Oct 9th thru the 22nd and want to visit this town which is possibly where my family(15th or 16th century)lived and went to N.Mexico. I'm researching now and hope to know if it was Villarreal(my last name) or Toledo/Cuidad Leon/Castille area. Has anyone done this? Any advise?

After watching VillaRreal defeat Everton on the tv last night I can admit to having heard of this place. I´t's about 1 hour north by train from Valencia. Most trains (but not all) going to Castellon pass through Villarreal. If I remember correctly the return fare was something like 4 Euros.
I think there are 2 spellings of the place (Castellano and Valenciano)
Last fact I know about the town - they currently have a good football side (3rd in La Liga last night)
