I'll be in Portugal/Spain for a few weeks and am trying to decide where to hit the beach! I hear the beaches around Cadiz are gorgeous, but can be very windy. Is this only true as you go towards Tarifa? What the beaches to the northeast of Cadiz? What about in Portugal? How are the beaches/atmosphere in and around Salema? I'm looking for laid-back, less touristy areas with lots of natural beauty.
