Thinking of seeing Chinchon next time in Madrid (I have already seen most other famous places including El Escorial, Segovia, Avila, Salamanca, Aranjuez...etc).
I'hve heard it is nice, would you agree? Any restaurant you would recommend...?

I was there two years ago and liked it very much. It has a "plaza mayor" made entirely of wood! My friend in Madrid warned us that it can be crowded on the weekends.
There are lots of great restaurants in the plaza and a castle parador (not cheap) nearby.
