Hola, everyone!

I am coming to Madrid with a couple of friends during these dates March 12-19.

Could you give me some hints what is happening in Madrid at that time?

We've never been there, so anything fun for the first-timers smile

(That includes places to eat not to miss, FLAMENCO show, night life....)

We will be staying close to dowm town - Sevilla metro stop. So, anything relatively close to us..

Thank you everyone in advance for taking your time to help us!

Hey, Moscow is not as far as any of the US cities! It's only 4 hours flight smile

Average age is mid to late 20s and we would like to have the feel of the city. We are interested to know what is there "not to miss" sort of things (other than Prado - we know that).
I personally am very interested to see flamenco show.

And places to eat near Sevilla metro or down town that you can recommend (moderate prices)
Anything fun we can do?
Discotheques?
Live music restaurants/cafes?

Any tours near Madrid - we don't want to go too far out......

Anything will be helpful.

Muchas gracias..

I am doing an important tour on the 12th and I will finish it at about 11.oo pm. If you are in the city center you can meet me if you want and I will show you a few nightlife pearls. For free.

Hi Lena..

My girl friend and I were there the first week of February, we went to eat at Maceira on Huertas street. (I'm pretty sure thats what it's called). Then we went to a disco called "Ananda" which wasnt far away. It was like under Atocha train station. We also went to a restaurant in the Salamanca area called "Lateral" and a disco called "La Botellita" which was a lot of fun, mostly spanish music, I'm sure if u ask around someone can get u the exact addresses...

U're gonna have a great time!!!

Hola Lena!

As for Flamenco shows I can recommend the Casa Patas . They´ve got two shows per night, and the entrance fee includes a drink. It is also quite a nice restaurant for a pre-show dinner. Unfortunately I do not have the adress with me, but they have a website , which I am sure you will find by Google.

Enjoy!!!

Saludos,
la calma
