This is a great board! I am leaving for 17 days in Spain/Portugal in 2 weeks! I cannot wait....Anywho, I have searched on this topic and am finding conflicting information. Since time is limited , I am trying to experience as much as possible of Spain. this is my question: Can an American go from Tarifa to Tangier? Rick Steves guide book says you can; but several people on his website say you cannot do this only EU residents can. I appreciate anyone's help! Thanx
