I want to take a ferry (at night) that's fast (no more than hour or hour 20) from Algeciras to Tangier, Morocco in July. I've heard of Trasmeditteranea, but all their ferries seem slow, and ferrys rapido del sur, but haven't found schedule and whether these tickets can be purchased in advance. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

I took a ferry, Algeciras to Ceuta (i dont know about tangier). It was with EuroFerrys. About an hour long trip, and really cheap (cant remember exactly how much). We just bought our tickets when we got there, and didnt have any problems. Then from Ceuta we caught a bus and crossed into Morocco. For sure an interesting experience and country.
