I'll be leaving very soon for my week long trip to Galicia and am having trouble finding information on any bus companies or schedules for this area. Can anyone help me out so I can plan a little ahead (in addition to being an overpacker I am also a plan-aholic!)

The big bus company that runs between the major cities is Castromil. Bus travel in Galicia works... small towns, big towns. If you are based in Santiago, Vigo, La Coruna etc. you will find buses to all the small towns and beaches from there....

Be sure to recheck the time tables. There are seasonal adjustments on minor routes (the biggies are always the same)
