Hi everybody: Would you recommend a taxi to get to Calle Carmen (by Puerta del Sol)? If you think it would be too expensive, how about taking the Metro, is it possible to get there via Metro? Thanks for your help.

There is no terminal E in Barajas Airport, only T1, T2, T3 and T4. Which airline do you fly?

Hola Torrales: I am flying with Iberia and I was told I arrived at 'T2' (so I thought that meant Terminal 2). Thanks for replying.

Hello

You are arriving at T4, among your options are either a taxi to Madrid Centro or bus to T-3 to Line 8 or Bus to Barajas to catch Line 8, then Line 10 Puerta del Sur Direction to Tribunal or Plaza de Espana and change to Metro to Sol. It all depends on how much luggage you are carrying and able to handle up and down the escalators.

epaulino4's information is perfect. Iberia operates all their flights from and to T4. The only thing to add is that, from 3pm of next Thursday May 3, Metro line 8 will reach T4, too, so you don't need to take the bus to T3 to transfer to Metro, but directly ride Metro from T4.

I swear that, since beginning of February'06, Iberia operates all their flights from T4. Are you completely sure that it is Iberia? What is the flight number? If it is Iberia, it should be IBxxxx.

maybe its a partner flight, it will show the originating airline on the ticket but the planes will be Iberia or vice versa.

Your tickets should tell you the story or your travel agent online or not.
