I don't see any messages here talking about Iberia's low cost airline ClickAir . They recently started selling tickets and they will operate in October 2006.

Clickair is offering seats from just 5 € (plus taxes)

And, unfortunately, they only fly out of Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia - so far.

Click Air now has five flights a day between Barcelona and Malaga. They are offering special fares of only 40 Euros round trip including taxes.

They are also adding flights from Barcelona to Germany, also for only 40 Euros round trip.

Has anybody flown Click Air yet? I hope they add more flights from Malaga since I often visit friends there. I may try them next month when I will be in Malaga.

I just flew Malaga to Barcelona on Jan.3 for 20 euros. It was great! It has no frills, but the flight was very short only 1½ hr. I heard that Clickair just hired some of the pilots from AirMadrid.

They now are advertising fares as low as 9 Euros each way including taxes.

For those interested Ryanair is now based in Terminal 1. We took a cheap flight to Nottingham over Christmas. I understand why half of Britain wants to move here. Weather, well lets just say horrible, grey and overcast, totally depressing. If it wasn't for the fact that the post christmas sales rush wasn't in full swing we'd would have caught the first flight back.

If you do plan to fly ryanair than I suggust getting the proirity boarding passes. Well worth it, about the only time I get to sit at the front of the plane:)

Did you know that Nottingham is Britains most violent city and Ryanair was recently voted the most hated airline by the British travelling public.

Not exactly a good recipe for a Christmas away.

Easyjet have also launched a speedy boarding program by the way, for those that like to sit at the front or more importantly ensure they are sitting next to those they are travelling with. Did you have to pay extra for it on Ryanair ?
