If you go thru Sevilla you may have to change bus stations (i.e., from Plaza de Armas to el Prado de San Sebastian).

It may be more convenient to go Malaga-Cadiz, then Cadiz to Jerez de la frontera.

Try searching the Los Amarillos site for connections. TG Comes
runs many buses (Cadiz-Jerez, Ronda-Jerez), but I've never found a web site for them. They have 7-12 buses a day from Cadiz to Jerez.
