According to http://www.sol.com/es/modulo.asp?IdContenido=1041&IdProvincia=41 it is Comes (Transportes Generales Comes). I've tried to find a website for them, but no luck. At http://www.tarifainfo.com/en/time-table-coach.html the timetable is listed as Sevilla - Tarifa 09.00, 15.00, 17.30, 20.00 daily.
