What is common in Madrid may be hardly understood in other regions, and viceversus.

Anyway, these are a handful:

Mini (in Madrid)/litro (in the south)/cachi (in the north): Is a big plastic glass used in folk celebrations filled with many kinds of alcohol drinks (beer, calimocho, sangría,...).

Tío/colega: It means something like "friend" or "mate".

Rulo: Lift.

Let's see if someone else can add some more.

¿Qué pasa? – What’s up?
Dabuten/Chulo/Mola – Cool/Nice (As in “Que dabuten” “Que chulo” “Como mola” )
Flipar/Alucinar – Stun (As in “Estoy flipando” “Estoy alucinando” – I’m stunned)
Flipar/Alucinar – Disbelief (As in “Tu flipas?” “Tu alucinas?” – Are you crazy/out of your mind?)
Yuyu – to have a fit (As in “si me toca la loteria me da un yuyu” – If I win the lotto I’ll have a fit; or assuming you have a very slow modem “a mi modem le da un yuyu si bajas 10 canciones a la vez” – My modem will have a fit if you download 10 songs at the same time)
Abrirse/Pirarse – to leave (As in “Me abro/Me piro” – I’m leaving)

Can’t think of any other ones now but I’ll be adding more when they come to mind.
