We would like to go to Costa de la Luz this summer. We have two children aged 2 and 3, and we would like to rent a small (hotel) apartment with at least one separate bedroom. The children would also appreciate a childrens pool...

I seems to be difficult to find a hotel meeting our criteria in Jerez or Cadiz, so we can also consider a hotel on the cost, as long as it is not too far away from Jerez (and the airport).

Can somebody recommend us something?

May i suggest you Google 'El Puerto de Santa Maria'...it is a coastal town basically between Jerez and Cadiz and is on a rail line so you would have connection to both towns.
Hope you find something suitable.
