Just got back from a hectic though very enjoyable trip to Madrid and Seville, whilst in Madrid we stayed at Hostal San Isidro on Calle Principle, excellent location just off Plaza Santa Ana and ideal for going out for tapas and drinks. the hostal is on the second floor with no lift, very clean and orderly with friendly owners and staff we will definately be returning here soon.
try not to get a room at the front as they hold the Spanish "who can shout the loudest competition" on Calle Principle every Friday and Saturday night
The prices are 52-54 Euro per room per night
