Has anyone stayed at the new Hostal Tijcal II ? Any comments? Thanks

I'm back from my short trip to Spain and am here to reply my own question. Tijcal II is on the 2nd floor of the same building as the famous Hostal Adriano . The reception staff went downstairs to help carry some of our luggages, and he was the only staff there besides the cleaning lady. The room [the whole hostel too] was clean, bright and comfortable. You can't hear any noise coming from the street, as the hostal owners have more or less sound proved the rooms. Anyhow, the street was small and didn't have that much traffic.
