I have been reading that there is a certain process involved with a extranjero renting a apartment for any period of time. I would like info on exactly what I need for the following:
A unfurnished, well lit studio apartment with a good kitchen and a good stove, refrigerator, sink. it can be one big room or something else? I want to pay up front for 6 months, what sort of contract is needed? I would like a place sort of near the Sol or on one of the big plazas. Cheap would be nice, I figure I can sleep on the floor for awhile until I get some furniture.
