Yes, I've checked the webcams with the gorgeous views
and also the traffic. What I'm interested in is some closer
views of people:people out on city streets of Madrid/ Sevilla/ Granada/ Barcelona showing up on the webcam shots.
Since I'll be travelling in late summer (sizzle,sizzle)
it would be fun as well as informative to see what locals are wearing. Maybe a shot of crowds walking by some store or plaza. Whatever. Anyone have a webcam to suggest?

Webcams such as those you seek are REALLY rare in Spain. Mainly, I think, because of privacy issues. In my experience, the majority of Spaniards don't like to have their pictures taken or be on video either. I think I've only seen ONE webcam (years ago) which showed a street level webcam view and I don't think that one exists anymore.

I checked faithfully a month before we left to see how often the raincoats and umbrellas were out.
I will reserve the webcam views for nostalgic moments
when we return.
