Happy New Year to one and all! Well, Gourmet magazine this month has many articles dedicated to Spanish cooking , although it is not an issue dedicated to Spain! The one that really caught my eye was the article on one of my favorite foods: Pimientos de Padrón!! There is an article about wines from Navarra, an article on tapas called "Sketches of Spain" and an article on clementines. They also speak about Spanish cheeses and pimentón in another article. WOW!
