The nominees for this year's Latin Grammys were announced today. Spain was represented with nominations for Miguel Bose, Alejandro Sanz, Mala Rodriguez, Jarabe de Palo, and of course the artists in the flamenco category. I imagine there are some musicians nominated who are from Spain but are unfamiliar to me. You can read the nominations here .

I watched last year's live telecast from Madison Square Garden and it was marvelous. I recommend it highly. (Ricky Martin's performance especially blew me away.)
