The web edition of the New York Times today (7-25-03) has a very informative series of articles describing some places in Spain that were new to me. I think anyone with any amount of experience of Spain would enjoy them. Accessing the NYT site requires registration, but it's free and takes only a minute. Try this link.

As i am reading this on monday, not friday, the link has changed. Do you remember the title of the article or any key words to search? Typing in Spain brought up several articles, but I don't know which you were referring to.
