You'll find a database of all the postal codes in Spain at Correos.es , the national public mail company. You just type the city/address and you'll get it.

As Antonio says, try www.correo.es (site in Spanish). Choose your city, then your street address and they'll give you the postal code. Madrid has dozens and dozens of postal codes so knowing the street address is necessary. Madrid's postal codes are 5-digit codes beginning with 28 as the first 2 of the 5-digits. If you give us the street address maybe we can look it up for you if you don't yet know enough Spanish to navigate www.correos.es . Good luck!
