In a Farmacia I was told there is a free health center at C/ Toledo 180...

But on the map (Google maps that is) and in Google Search I can't find it ...

Is there a free Medical/Health center for seeing a doctor and getting a prescription in Madrid ?

do not know understand by free, if you have coverage you wont pay. There are many clinics in Madrid, going to a center and ask is the best way to find out

go to the nearest health office you have at centro de servicios sociales Gallur right there in Laguna at CALLE GALLUR, 24 metro Laguna.
They should be able to direct you or help you better;hope it helps
