Hi, i was told tea is very expensive in spain and would make a very good gift for a host family. I am surprised to hear this. IS this true? Any other suggestions for giving gifts to a host family?

I'm sorry to tell you that tea is not that expensive in Spain. Also, tea is not very popular here so it may not be a good gift for your host family.

If I were you I would bring something tipical from the place where you leave.
