We had thought we had booked American through to Madrid, but when we got to Miami we realized they had switched us to Iberia even though there was an American flight leaving at almost the same time.
We were very displeased with the flight, including the service and cleanliness of the plane. We agree that the seats were very cramped and our seat assignments were lost and the staff, including the supervisor were absolutely worthless in helping to correct this.
We will never fly Iberia again.
