yes exactly sorry , I meant the relationship , In Spanish when we said TU is because you are almost part of the group of friends or family, USTED is for the rest. Same in France,and Portugal that I know well too.
In English does not distinguished anything. Its a way of culture and habits, I guess in Spain you will have to get used to that ::)
I get long discussions with the anglo community here about these things, to me its like coming back to my roots.
