I just checked http://www.PaginasBlancas.es , plugged in his first name (Rafael), his first last name (Muñoz), listed Madrid as the both the Province and CITY and didn't him. You can do the same but leaving out the CITY and then you can sift through the results.

Putting in his first name, first last name, and second last name I didn't find anything at all. Sorry! Best of luck with your search. Hope you came back to find this response.
