Our client is a Gibraltar registered insurance company, owned by a UK parent and with ambitions to develop its business. The UK Private Group also have offices in Dallas, three in the UK, Dubai and Hong Kong with a turnover of over £70m and employ more than 500 staff.
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified, industry experienced accountant to head up the administration and help give direction to those ambitions. A knowledge of insurance and its regulatory accounting requirements is essential. You will be a strong technical accountant with at least 10 years post qualification experience with some of this being within the Insurance Sector.
You must be able to communicate well with non-finance personnel and have the drive and persuasion to implement change.
