A couple more quick questions. How far is the train station from Madrid airport and approximately how much is the taxi fare? I've heard there's more than one train station in Madrid, I need the one for AVE trains to Seville. Thanks everyone.

The AVE (to/from Sevilla) departs Madrid's Puerta de Atocha train station. Taxi fare from aeropuerto de Barajas to the station will probably run around 3.000 pesetas on the meter. Supplements for luggage stored in the trunk and airport pickup or dropoff at Puerta de Atocha could increase that by another 1.000 pesetas (valid supplemental charges). You might do better with Aerocity that advertises on this forum.
