and today was the try by Alberto Contador but not enough. Joaquin Rodriguez Oliver and Nairo Alexander Quintana finished with the same time as him. Christopher Froome and Alejandro Valverde loss time.

The new leader is the Colombian Nairo A Quintana.after 9 tours. Next one is Real Monasterio de Santa María de Veruela / Borja
great 185 or so kms by Zaragoza region.Borja has great wines too ::)
Its going to be as much as 32C temp estimated but high peaks of over 1500 meters at half way point the race.

its getting good now, even if can only listen to it. Anybody has a place that can be seen on internet?

After 12 tours the leaders are
1. CONTADOR, A. TCS 44h 38' 14''
2. VALVERDE, A. MOV + 20''
3. URAN, R. OPQ + 1' 08''
4. FROOME, C. SKY + 1' 20''
5. RODRIGUEZ, J. KAT + 1' 35''
6. SÁNCHEZ, S. BMC + 1' 52''
7. ARU, F. AST + 2' 13''
8. ANACONA, W. LAM + 2' 22''
9. GESINK, R. BEL + 2' 55''
10. CARUSO, D. CAN + 3' 51''

really tight still room to winning it by all. The 13 past by Belorado one of the ways to St James, Santiago de Compostela.Ona, Barcelà,by Santander to the Parque de Cabàrceno, 188 kms,not much mountains so watch out for sprinters.

Cheers

And the vuelta arrive back in the mountains of Asturia at San Martín del Rey Aurelio, whre you have the mining kingdom in the museum of mines and industry or el Museo de la Minería y la Industria , in the valley of Nalón, Asturias.

The armada of Contador, Valverde and Purito vs Froome. Now the scenary takes it toll or is the fatigue.

The Vuelta esta de vueltas.

it will be back to mountains next by monte Castrove and near Boiro so robbieroy should enjoy it while there nearby.
at start en A Estrada go by the Paso de Oca, the Versailles of Galicia.

and Cambados is a great wine town as well as cheese lol!

Enjoy the races , Contador is up but plenty of chasers and they are not talking...

Well done pedmar! It passes through Catoira which is only 15 minutes away from Boiro. The good news is that we will go there to have some lunch and watch La Vuelta pass through.
