Yes, you know Spain is hq in Curitiba, the town I lived while working with french auto co. as financial consultant. and there is a small but vibrant Spanish expat community there so they are well received.
the issue is there now is 10C and their first game in Bahia is at 30C, so big change of weather north south in Brazil. For all the teams as well.
In addition strike in Sao Paulo small metro system starting on wednesday, another face of Brazil will be seen.
Enjoy the Cup I am ready, all the trimming even past by Paris to pick up some jabugo ham, olives, chorizos, and olive oil. I will be fine ::)
You all know I'm an "American" and so, by default, I'm not all that interested in SOCCER, but a fellow American sent me a link to a 13-minute video about FIFA and the upcoming World Cup event. It's both funny AND shocking:
"John Oliver Explains The World Cup And FIFA To Americans (VIDEO)"

well Spain was totally out it nobody play well. The worse loss since 1963 VS Scotland (2x6) . However we lost the first game in last WC too vs Switzerland 0X1 and came back to win it all.
hoping for a reaction as next game is vs Chile and Spain must win.
