I have not stayed there, no, but I'm somewhat familiar with the place and the area is pretty nice. It's a family owned house and so you deal directly with the owners. I think they simply move out when they rent the place but I'm only guessing. If you decide to stay there I'd/we'd love to get some firsthand feedback as I don't think I've ever read any reviews about it. It's usually the big conglomerate rental agencies that get/do the most press/advertising.
