What a good time we all had last night with the good food (��bocadillos de calamares!!), big mugs of beer, tintos de verano, etcetera. Most everyone showed up shortly after 8pm and most stayed until we left at 11:30pm when the bar was closing down. In total, there were 20-people in attendance, which is pretty good. I think we only had about 10 cancellations/no-shows which is better than normal. In fact, it was probably better as we practically took-over the terraza with our 5-tables pushed together. The good guys at El Brillante accommodated us well. In addition to the 4th of July, we were also celebrating MadridMan.com's 15-year anniversary so the gathering made it extra special.
